1. 3-Way Stop Signs be erected at all streets entering into Windermere Lakes (Developer needs to request this).
   
2. Trim down the shrubs where racing cars are hiding. By the Clubhouse and Common Areas.
   
3. “Trespassers Will Be Prosecuted” signs should be erected at the Clubhouse & Common Areas.
   
4. If the Neighborhood Crime Watch Program is initiated in Windermere Lakes, the HOA (currently the Developer), should erect and pay for the Crime Watch signage.
   
5. Next Tuesday, August 7^th, is “National Night Out”, from 6-8:00 PM, for the purpose of meeting neighbors and talking up the Neighborhood Crime Watch Program.
   
6. When phoning in speeding cars, call the Traffic Enforcement Division of the Sheriff's Dept. and request to speak with a supervisor in that department (713-755-7347).
   
7. County Commissioner for our area is: Steve Radack. His office is located at 1001 Preston, Houston, TX 77002 and his phone is 713-755-6306.
   
8. A Chairperson, Block Captains & Block Crime Watchers are needed, in order to initiate the Neighborhood Crime Watch Program. Please read the information on the responsibilities of these persons and decide if you would like to hold one of these positions.
   
9. A follow-up presentation will be scheduled with the Harris County Sheriff's Dept. and all residents will be notified.
