The Community
The Windermere Lakes community is a serene and beautiful haven in the heart of the commercial area of HYW 1960.
It is close to all the major highways (Hyw 290, Hyw 249, Hyw 1960 and BW8) yet maintains the peaceful serenity of a closeknit neighbourhood. The NW park and ride and all the major shopping centers are also very closeby.
There are 340 homes in the community varying from 2000 - 6000 sqft
with access to the beautiful Windermere Lakes

Assessment and Account Management
The HOA assessments can be paid on line by e- check or by credit card that includes a bank convenience fee. You will need the information on your assessment statement to process the payment. You can log onto 
www.sterlingasi.net to check status of payment, respond to deed restriction violations and much more. Look for account number and password for login with your annual statement. You can also use the Homeowner Login option on the Menu bar.
