September Report
The committee is working on setting a schedule of regular meetings to review applications in an effort to reduce response time. The committee will also work with SCS Management to make sure that a plan is implemented ensuring that all homeowners are following the ACC guidelines. We will also be working on creating a list of general guidelines for the committee to use in evaluating ACC applications. This list will also be distributed to homeowners to use as a guideline when altering the exterior appearance of their property. Our goal is to have this list ready by the end of September.
