September Report
The Deed Restriction Committee will work directly with the ACC committee and SCS Management to help members of the community understand and follow the community deed restriction guidelines. If you are interested in joining the committee, please fill out the contact form on the website or tell a Board member of your interest.

Meeting Times
The first meeting was held Monday, August 26th at the Clubhouse. Objectives were discussed and a Chairperson was elected. Next meeting to be announced.

Committee Objectives
This committee is an expansion of the "Lakeside Deed Restriction Enforcement", a subcommittee of the Lakes Committee, established to oversee the Deed Restrictions procedures and monitor voilation issues and resolution progress.

Previous members of the Lakes Committee are joined with the Chairperson of the Architectural Control Committee and other ACC members to be the standards bearer for the Association.

The primary goal of this committee is to protect our property values. It will:

• Coordinate the alignment of the front and lake side Deed Restriction enforcement procedures.

• Help monitor the progress of resident issues and the status of outstanding violations.

• Make recommendations to the Board regarding monitoring, notification and resolution procedures.
