September Report
The Landscape Committee is currently preparing a yearly landscape budget, a system for reporting neighborhood vandalism, theft or any other acts of deviance against our community. We plan on establishing a Yard of the Month club, and host seminars providing information on yard, plant and palm care. With a little time and a lot of dedication, we hope to improve the appearance of our living environment.

Meeting Times
Regular committee meetings will be on the first Tuesday of every month at the clubhouse. Other meetings will be called at the request of the Committee Chair or Board Liaison.

Committee Objectives
To ensure that common areas are exemplary in appearance and contribute to the increase of property values.

Liaison with and oversee landscape vendor(s) to ensure all work is performed according to the contract. To evaluate and improve contract provisions as needs change To identify / anticipate / plan for: needed upgrades, plant replacement, etc. Repair vandalism, etc. Report to other committees any other repairs or vandalism not covered by the Landscape Committee. Suggest other improvements to the Board. Prepare Annual Landscaping Budget Request and submit to the Finance Committee by October 31.
